Got my phone for 1 week now and I feel that this phone gets heated up quite easily while wireless charging and it stops working and goes into safe mode Also had my first crash 2 days ago while gaming with the phone...

Camera is good and takes pretty good night pictures

Didnt wireless charge the phone but used reverse wireless charging to top up my wireless buds once - phone did heat up and stopped charging the buds after 12%. First experience with reverse wireless charging so not too sure if this is the norm?

In any case I think I wont be using it unless absolutely desperate. Not worth subjecting the phone to so much heat and degrade the battery prematurely.

Hi experts, hope I can get some help here.

Recently I factory reset my np2. After I reinstalled all my apps last night, I discovered that,

1) I can't switch off or restart my phone with the power button. There is the virbation but no switch off/ restart option on the screen.
The phone works fine beside the above issue.

2).I factory reset the np2 last week but when I open the notes last night, the previous notes where still there. How come?

The only solution I can think of is, factory reset my phone again? Else claim warranty if problem still persists..
Like to know, has anyone faced the above problem before?

For 1) try this.
Settings -> System -> Gestures -> Hold power for your assistant -> off

Can't answer for 2).

ya.. keep notes is under google.. is linked to Google account.. so everywhere u sign into Google and if u use that app you will see your notes.. u can try downloading the app on your Samsung.. u will see the same notes there.. deleting the app won't delete the notes..

Still cannot use it cos no TGSP. Ordered a cheap 1 locally but taking so long. Yesterday claimed to be delivered but nothing in letterbox. Complained to the seller, he said need to wait at most 19 days for an item available locally

So I decided to buy nothing TGSP instead. Got to wait few days again
