Notification on subscribed threads

[Insatiable_creat]

Hi

Possible to allow the alerts for posts on subscribed threads "go away" after clicking on the icon, similar to "Likes" and "Replies" alerts?

It can be frustrating to have to click to go into the threads for every posts there, to make the alerts go away.

Thank you for the feedback.

Your issue is noted, this seems to be how alerts to subscribed (or Watched) threads are handled by default. We will discuss internally with the Tech team on how this can be improved in future forum updates.

In the meantime, at your account Alerts page: https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/account/alerts there is a Mark Read button that you can use to mark all alerts as read.
