Waiting time for AHG Approval & Key collection/ Signing of Lease agreement

Hi,
May I know if there are any November 2013 SOBFians who has collected their keys or gotten their AHG approved? Need some estimation as to how long the process take.

We went for the flat selection and submitted the documents for our AHG on 26 March 2014. The officer who attended to us on that day told us that the process will take between 4-6 weeks.

Husband tried to contact HDB officer (named in our letter when we made our selection) near mid April to enquire some matters but the officer wasn't in office and voice mailbox was full. We received a letter requesting additional supporting documents a couple of days later for the AHG. We submitted it online before 20 April. Then my husband attempted to contact the same HDB officer to enquire if there were any problems with the documents or AHG application upon which he was redirected to the voice mailbox again. I think we had an easier time reaching another HDB officer when we applied for our HLE (approved within a week). Yesterday (6 May, 7 weeks since we first went for selection), we received a letter from the said HDB officer who stated that our AHG application is NOW being processed  and it will take approximately 6 weeks for the results.

How long did your AHG process take? The wait is really killing us.:(

During my selection, I was told that the AHG result will be released within 2 months time.

If you are lucky, within a month.
I'm not applying for AHG, and submitted HLE application during 1st appt.

For my case:
1st appt - selected unit and applied for HLE
1.5 weeks later - HLE approved
1 week after HLE approval - received appt date for 2nd appt
2 weeks later - 2nd appt date plus key collection.

In total, my 2nd appt date is only about 1 mth away from my 1st appt date. However, if you apply for AHG, you should probably add another 2 weeks or so.

Anyway the above is based on my own appt, you should expect plus minus a few weeks depending on individual situation.

Hope you get your keys soon!
