everyday I check the status via the hotline...used to be twice a day but recently getting more aggressive, i check every time I finish a task at work hahahah. Can go up to 4-5 checks a day lol. Have yet to call my CRM directly cos last time I used to pester her with mails and phone calls until I think she got pissed of or something she asked me "Why do you call everyday? We will call you if here's any update."
From then on I dont dare 'tekan' her too much, scared she make my life difficult later
I find that HDB nowadays 'suka-suka' sent letter, 'suka-suka' expect people download online...

I remember the CSO did mention that certain things they stopped sending and expect people to get from the internet.
Whatever it is, I have trust issues with HDB. I can never believe what they say. Ever since they generally group me as a second timer grant applicant without investigating thoroughly, i made sure all my calls are recorded so that they cannot twist and turn again. This is worse than having an untrustworthy boyfriend
