I thought doors is optional？
Great way for them to mark up the price
if it comes with the toilet/sink all that ok la, since can take out. if it comes with floor and tiles then headache already. Usually quite ugly lolIt's mentioned on HDB website that OCS is optional. Very confusing. I get to know that bathroom and kitchen flooring and bathroom sanitary is provide by HDB from the officer from the day of selection

OCS is optional at time of BTO launch. Those unselected flats will automatically be built in with certain fittings as the government's reasoning is to help people move in faster (imo is to get more profit la hahaha).
Some of the newer BTO built will include living room flooring already. Those built using PPVC method (which is majority of buildings after 2014 I think) is confirm plus chop full OCS included. That's why you see Sengkang/Punggol now rising in cost price partially because of this lor.
Seems like many people here gotten their appointment dates for key collection already.. Congrats Congrats.. time to start your busy moment which is RENO!!!

Btw, my HLE expiring in Sept 2018. Will they still reassess my loan if key collection is within next mth?

I’m got my grant approved today ... hope my key collection will be soon. Next thing I’m want to appear for cement screeding. Anyone successful appear for cement screeding ?

You can try email & also call in to your CRM. I did email to my CRM. They advise me to call or visit Semb branch after keys collection. I believe we need to Q. They mention "goodwill basis".

LOL that is true. Thought SBF would be fast but end up still need to wait almost a year for ready flats.
You mean they can do floor screeding for us for free?
