Not necessary. But if you submitted, officer will get your general info earlier. But still based on what you bring the appointment day.

Yes, you don’t have too. The online submission is for more grant application and even if you don’t submit, make sure you have all the documents in place for the flat selection on the actual day.

Very good point. I think with every convenience, it also comes with an inconvenience. Near to coffee shop; easy to find food but noisy. Near to MRT; walking distance but need to bear the train movements every 5 minutes.

So it depends on how much you can compromise. Some people say not so bad, some people say too noisy. Best is to actually scout out the place and observe for yourself since SBF are mostly ready and you can enter the building to make your own annotations.

I supposed higher floors will be more insulated from the noise, both coffee shop "wok noise" or MRT...

which stacks do you think is the best? 51 or 53 or 61?
51 is a corner stack, should have more privacy but it's south facing, maybe lesser natural night, but high floors have unblocked views? Same for stack 53.

Hi ! I called up HDB and asked for my appointment date , it's set on 18 June. Provided there's still flats for me to choose la. Because my number exceeds the flat available by 10++ . So I need to keep a close watch on the q number.. but I can'5 seem to see..
