I don't think he has a queue number for yishun sobf. He just wrote a list of units in his previous post for a friend with the number of 13x.

thanks attracted by the layout of the block, vicinity of shops that are gonna open and the big park in front... now I guess I have to take those units not facing the mrt... or choose different block.. yes noise can freak me out when im in deep sleep.. hmmmm

That's not the worst... Sometimes, if you are at home in the afternoon, you can feel the 'shockwave' of helicopters flying around from Sembawang Airbase... That one can make your heart skip a beat if you feel it for the first time.

The one facing factory can sometimes hear test alarm, fire alarm, factory noise. Basically this area is a very "noisy" area so good luck! I've been tahan-ing it for past 10 years. Can't wait to move out...

Yeah, moving out end of next year. Now stay Sembawang really lugi. The "management" here also jiak liao bee one. Until now, the only "direct" bus to my house is 858 and even then still must walk some distance. There's no overhead bridge between the two bus stops opposite each other so rainy day people have to run past traffic light, guess how dangerous that is. Plus morning rush hour, some people will just cross the red light to catch bus.. Then one additional MRT station, Canberra coming up in 2019 means more people squeeze and longer travel time...

Good luck to those who take the project opposite the road!

I have selected a flat that will TOP in Q4 2019, should the bank loan be disbursed in full only in Q4 2019 when i collect my key?

Wahhh wahhh still got helicopter sound all.. omg .. I’m the one ok with anything except noise.. really good luck to me.. even at home I don’t like to watch tv cos of sound .. now all these sounds.. just my luck.. I really wanted canberra but it’s almost sold out that’s why no choice to come this side.. but yest night the mrt sound really freaked me out.. some more at 14 storey.. dunno if the train was speeding or what so scary .. now need to deal with those noisy riders and helicopters . Argh !

Google flats for selection. The link that comes.. u filter by yishun & the number of room flat type. U can see everyday how many houses booked.

For last queue no, u can call hdb hotline.. or login myhdbpage using ur singpass & selected 'My flat application -New'. Under applicant details u can check the last served no as of now.. for some , it only updates the next morning.. so what u see today morning is the latest one served for yest. Hope that helps.

both project each have 1 whole block of flat reserved as rented flats..I might be worrying too much but i have a friend who used to stay at rented flats and she told me might have people who constantly borrow from loan sharks...
