hi, congrats!!

4-6 months is a long wait(but sokay). My selection was on the 5th. I only found out today that HDB just received my AHG/SHG grant application. My selected unit without flooring too. How do I appeal for that? Hope you can advise me. Thank you : D

Hi. Congrats to you too in getting your desire unit. We are only trying out luck in the appeal. The officer who served us yesterday kept saying no for an answer but still I wanna try. Ask him whether can buy the open space right in front of my unit, he said no. Ask whether can appeal or not, he said no. I will just try ba. Not sure whether can get or not.

May I ask when is the probably completion date for your house? Mine is 2 years later, have no done any flooring for the few block yet. So I wanna try to appeal.

I notice that my ideal block left only 5 for malay quota. If I am Chinese but my spouse is malay, will we be affected by the malay quota? Meaning if before my queue number, all the malay quota used up, can I still book the unit at that flat?

Please advise... :o

Yes I applied for 4-rm but most likely I won’t get it as the number of units is small and 2nd timer only get 5% allocation. They reserved only 2-3 units for second timer
I think I’ll apply Tengah bto 5-rm in November

Actually you should have just applied. First timer and second timer no difference. First timers/priority schemes just boosts your chances to get a number but really doesn't guarantee anything. It's all up to your luck, nothing else :s13:
