He has expressed such deep concern for the poor elderly whom he the met collecting Cardboard for a living and nearly 'knocking' onto one of them while driving during the election campaign. I'm sure he will translate his empathy, strong sense of justice and compassion into action.

Is he gonna set up some form of grassroots organization and reachout programme for these elderly?

I hope not. If he actually manages to get steady funding for his party (which I doubt he will) , he should focus on the bigger picture, which is politics. He can help more people that way.
