It's different brand 'value shop' but run by viet/laos/Cambodia/tiong typeit is franchise

actually the expiry dates for value shop normal items are similar to those in NTUC. there are times where they do have heavily discounted items but they also make it clear it is abt to expire...Some have short expiry dates… so things are cheaper…
