I just did my NS checkup and I didnt know that i need to do station 7 which is the IQ test thing. I went off and will there be anything happening to me?

if never instruct you, then why must go?

better to call them up to confirm as the test is mandatory. unless u do not mind being enlisted much later as they might take awhile to ask u to undergo such tests. not to also mention on the availability.

If you do not want to delay your enlistment better call them up to ask how to resolve that issue. Cannot imagine u can not know

I wish to defer my NS as i want to continue my studies to POLY from ITE. Im currently 19. Is alright if i wait for them to call me up right? :b

I don't think by waiting for them to call u up will in anyway increase ur success of getting deferment granted

under the enlistment & deferment policy is that deferment shall only be granted at 16 years old for their first tertiary education that is only for your education at ITE.

you are required to serve after graduating from ITE. afterwhich, you can continue in furthering your education.

ya thats a good point....

anyway, TS, you so worried, just telephone lah. ask them am i supposed to do IQ test. at the same time sunbian ask them when is my enlistment?
too shy, or too scared to call? need any further advice?

Lol can defer to study in poly after ite, I did that this year.


And for ts, please call them and see what they say, without that test, they can't give you a PES and can't get enlisted.

I believe depends on age whether you get another deferment
