I have received the NSEA but based on what I am reading, it is taxable and there is no way to encash.

Or is there a way to encash? Can any kind soul help me?

Couldn't comprehend the rationale of I will be taxed but I am not able to withdraw as cash

I guess u can sell the vouchers to someone else.. Cos I don't remember them asking for ID when using it.

I got it a few times and ended up using them in cold storage for groceries.

Hahhaha... my experience was using the vouchers to pay for electronics at Courts.

They literally scanned each individual voucher, which caused a short queue to form up at the payment counter.

I could hear the people in the queue complaining why got so many vouchers... why take so long...

See lah... NSF/NSmen really cause a lot of problems for everyone... :ROFLMAO:

Take MRT/bus other passengers complain NSF smelly, take up too much space...

Get rewarded for good performance as NSmen, other shoppers complain use too many vouchers...

Mine is must use lifeSG to use. No longer giving us physical voucher. So don't need to scan one by one

Looking on the bright side, it shows how big of a fug NSmen really are to be able to hold up a line with no repercussions. :s13:

I have received this via the 3rd milestone.
Does that means that I have already MR?

Yup

3rd Milestone is awarded upon Completion of your ORNS training cycle – when you have fulfilled 10 ORNS years of which 7 are High Key ICTs

Good to know that. But weird that I have not received the watch or the certificate yet.
