NS overseas leave on mc

Here's my situation, my family book a flight on January and then I found out that I need a surgery done on early February and had the surgery done a week after. Now mc extended till mid April but my vacation on 15 march. Will they allow me to go with my family?

the condition of MC is for you to remain and stay at home.

1. speak to your OC is a must
2. your MC would probably be required be reviewed and endorsed by MO. bear in mind that this does not excuse u to be absent from camp. You can be ordered to report to camp for light duties only.
3. ensure u apply Overseas Notification.

it shld not be an issue if the above mentioned are acted upon. but such situation are strongly not recommended.

Btw my unit is so lazy that they never come to my house or even call me and they are asking me to come back to endorse mc whenever I can

It's a known fact that you are supposed to stay at home during your mc period.5 10 mins to get lunch is fine, but going out for movies is a chargeable offence.

Anyway, talk to your direct superior ,pc ps csm or oc. Ask them for guidance , you don't want to test the system. Going to db because of a vacation is totally not worth it .

instead of putting yourself as the "patient", why not in the shoes of the employer? Imagine you are the boss and your employee were to take MC, and you found out probably via facebook that they went out partying or movie during working hours in particular.

Now the question is, do you accept that?
