Has anyone called the NSF hotline to make a complaint before and actually have their issues addressed? how "serious" should things be if one is thinking about calling?

Definition of “serious” defers from 1 person to another.

Same hotline number for NSF/NSMen.

Made a complaint after SAF100 issue - location of briefing error. Make attendees travel from one side of the island to another.

Damn idiotic.

Complain but no reply or acknowledgement of their error.

Then throw power card - say will contact MP.

Next day a COL call up to apologise.
