hi,

i'm a nsf and last month i broke my ankle. i still on mc and it was endorsed by mo and my boss keep asking me to go back but i rejected. then now they say since only leg injure still can do admin work in coy hq. is this allowed? how should i reject him again?

no ur attend c is endorsed.. they cannot charge u if u dun go back

want u go back ask them send u for medical review

actually att c is only unfit for duty, you can be att c bunk too.

so while it is not unreasonable to ask you to go back camp, it is, to ask you to work even it may be light admin.

anyways, i do not know your relationship dynamics with your boss, but unless your MC is going to cover the rest of your nsf life, I don't think its wise to antagonise your boss and potentially make the rest of your ns life miserable.

if i'm you, I will offer to come back camp for a review by the MO and let the MO decide whether you can do admin work in camp or you should carry on to stay home rest.

BROKE your ankle??? Then you MC should be given as hospitalisation MC right?

Hospitalisation MC means technically you should be hospital. But not necessary.

You get your parents to tell your boss the MO endorsed your MC, if he wants you to go back to work, if anything happens to you, they wouldn't go after SAF, they will go after him PERSONALLY.

try to reason with your superior, like e.g if it get worsen, who wil lbe responsible? etc

but bear in mind, i can only say u are marked for sure. they will surely only allow mc from MO in future

As long as endorsed by your CAMP MO then everything should be fine. If he ask you go back, go to the medical ctr first. Then inform your MO, he will probably ask you go back home since he won't revoke an MC that he himself endorse. Medical condition-wise, MO is always bigger than anything else.
