Tried it. This 1 actually more siong than those in camps 1. Camps 1 will slow down the intensity. The program intensity is more for those fit people, since got quite some public members joining

From what I heard, it's a combination of both.

If the nsmen fails ippt for the year, they can either start the 10 session "ns fit" within the current window(ie voluntary) or wait till the next one to be called up(ie mandatory) for the same thing. That's to say, if do within current window, it is voluntary and similar to IPT. If wait to be called up for the mandatory one in the next window, then it is like RT. The mandatory one also applies to those who do not complete all 10 sessions if they voluntariy sign up for it.

So the question would be. Is this his voluntary NS FIT or the compulsory one?

HIIT is not meant for anyone who has not exercised in a year or so ... if one falls into that category and go to do HIIT, ome is just courting death

Before I got downgraded, I went for these that was called "IPT In The Park". The warm up is a short run.

Back then I went to punggol Park and the orange shirt trainer led us in the warm up run. It's not that long a distance. I think less than 400m

Then sometimes do yoga. Can beo the trainer..
