My last credit was on Oct 2014. Next credit is Nov 2016. I have not used any credit. Will the credit carry forward if I don't spent it all by Nov 2016? Or is it better to just spend everything before the next top up? Have no idea how this works.

I think there is a cap to the amount of credits credited to you. If you dont spend your 100 credits today, during the next top up, it still will not go over 100. So spend the credits.... I think this is how the system work

just be sure that you are not touching the credits under "advance credits", as this amount is meant for next window. if u were to use it now, you will have lesser amount in the next.
