Hi all,

anyone knows how exactly does MINDEF payout for commission based employee?

say my hubby is drawing basic + transport & commission (payout quarterly).
Understand from some that commission portion is paid base on 6 months - can anyone confirm?

How about the computation?

is it base on number of workings day in the month?
say he return for 10 days (working days is 23), and avg commission for past 6 months is $25000 = $25K x 10/23?

is this portion/ amount paid to him or his company?

IRC, commission is not included in any reimbursements by Mindef.

As for working days, yes, the computation is correct.
