holding list means no ICT, no IPPT, no mob. although u still can go ippt to get money if u can

usually local uni peeps will get on the list and then get off after they grad.

if u are still on the list, then congrats. but then you will not be classified as active nsman and dun get any of the "perks" lot

but beware they suddenly throw u somewhere a few years before your eligible age then suddenly like make up for lost time, 1 or 2 ict every year..u also chuan....
