Hi guys! I'm currently studying in lasalle in an animation diploma but plan to switch lanes to design communication/visual comm in degree because some personal reasons (well design also definitely have better job prospects than animation too so that's one). I'm wondering whether I should decide to go for lasalle or NTU, but as far as I'm concerned I will apply for both then decide.
I'll be graduating next year around May, and since the deadline for NTU is around Feb, I have to start doing my portfolio now (to be safe) I guess. I heard NTU looks more at our results and achievements/CCA points, which I have.. none lol. I don't think lasalle records our leadership positions and all too. How much will the lack of cip/cca points affect my chances? I'm pretty much also looking at lasalle's design communication course but I feel like the portfolio will have to be more focused on design. Is that the case?
Also, will they reject someone with visible tattoos here and there? Like, someone who looks pretty much out there.
