May i know when did u apply to Lasalle ? Is it too late for me to apply now ? Coz i m waiting for ADM offer from NTU, and wanna see if there are any other choice i have.

I applied in march. I think they extended the deadline from late march to May, u can check for updates on their website. If not then can try nafa? Lol sorry i made a mistake in my post that u quoted, ignore whatever I said about the sch fees if you already have a relevant diploma/cert.

I just checked Lasalle website. This is what they put:

Both are quite reputable colleges with similar courses but I'm leaning more towards choosing Lasalle for now. NTU's adm school is still relatively new compared to Lasalle, and its a 4 year course whereas Lasalle's a 3 year honors course. Although NTU's course is no doubt just as rigorous as Lasalle's, personally I liked Lasalle's open house works more than NTU's.

In terms of ranking, I don't care as much since the art industry puts more importance on your portfolios and not the degree you graduated with. Both are equally on par with each other (Lasalle's partnership with Goldsmith/NTU's name brand)

But I'm still iffy on Lasalle because of the sch fees. NTU's total fees are about 32k but Lasalle's school fees(subsidised) are 29k and 57k if its non-funded

im waiting for LaSalle to get back to me by next week. If I don't get in then yeah gonna accept NTU

Hah. I am infuriated beyond words. My parents are trying to forcefully make me reject the LaSalle/ADM offer because of the future job prospects. How do I convince them not to :'(
