If you are Singaporean.

1) 30,600 for the entire 4-year course. 7,650/year.

2) Students can try applying for scholarships or bursaries through NTU. Depending on your income and results, NTU bursaries usually award 2k-5k a year. Scholarships can cover your whole course fees. but your grades must be very good to qualify. Bursaries don't need very good grades, as long as your family income is low enough. If you are a Malay, you can go to Mendaki website to apply for grants/bursaries. Chinese maybe CDAC have, Indian got to SINDA etc.

3) You can find part-time job outside. Or you can work in NTU, they pay around 7-10/hr, do admin stuff, librarian etc. A normal school week can be as little as 3 days a week. If most of your lectures are recorded, can even be lesser. Try to plan your timetable wisely when registering for modules. Try and squeeze tutorials in 2 days. Don't attend lectures if recorded. Then you can work the rest of the week. However, you still must watch the lectures online at night.

1) No Bidding!! Yes, best part of NTU is that there is no bidding. Don't have to stress on which mods to bid on etc. When registering for modules, its usually based on fastest fingers first. First come first serve. Don't really have to worry about getting modules. Core modules are usually readily available.

2) Usually if the university deems that you are fit to be exempted, you should be fine.

3) Yes. Although if you shut out the distractions and mug, you should be able to get a second upper.

Personally, I think you should consider some other courses. Computer Engineering is not a course that you can expect to be spoon fed. You need to self explore and learn many new stuff!

If you need to ask stuff you can find easily on NTU admission page, then it means you are not suitable for computer engineering.

Exempted ones will not be counted. It will only be shown as "EX".
