I recently got the offer from NTU for this course, with business minor. Just want to know what does the business minor entail? Eg. Have to take only business electives.
How's the course like? Is the arts part stressful? Like there's a lot of drawing and stuff. And does having a small intake affect anything?
I know I can read for myself from the ntu IEM website but I feel it's better to hear from NTU mates or even an IEM senior!

I'm definitely accepting NTU btw. Planning to stay in hall. I heard that NTU hall is fun!

Hey Cookiedou, I am currently a final year IEM student waiting for my convocation. I happen to direct entry to year two, therefore I only spend 3 year of my time in NTU. I too stay in hall for my 3 year.

Firstly, if you enjoy engineering at the same time art(drawing), i think IEM will be a very good course.

Hall life will take up alot of your time, so must find a balance. If you got anything question I will be more than willing to share with you.

Hey, I was offered a course in IEM with the business minor too! but was wondering since I do not have any background on art or programming, is it hard? Also, I am not really good in physics, I scored a D for my H2 physics which is really bad. I am not sure if I should accept the course. Any adivce?

Actually, there is only one or two physics. Math is more impt. If you are interested in programming, you will get to learn various languages. Do join our fb group if u wish to know more. Email me at alphaxie1988@gmaildotcom
