Hi All,

I am currently staying in Singapore on Long term visit pass. I had applied for student pass and i got the in principal approval letter from ICA. For the student pass i got the same FIN number as my LTVP. And it is written in the letter that i can collect the pass after registration on coming to singapore. Now i don't know i am staying in singapore in which pass (i.e has my LTVP expired). I tried calling NTU but they are not picking up the phone.
Anyone can advise me on this..

Thanks

Is this the one for full time students??

For both. The timetable is designed such that core subjects will always be in evening. For full time students, some electives are taught in morning/afternoon. But you will also note that many electives are in the evening too as to facilitate the part-timers.

That's kind of weird. Database systems and software project management are core modules but they are only offered during day-time. Btw, not sure whether can apply for exemption as I had taken these modules in my bachelor degree.

Nothing weird about it. I just took a look on the course structure and I didnt know that Info Sys students have 4 core foundation (cos KM and info studies, we only have 2 core).

There are at least two core in the evening for your program and anyway part time students only take 2 subjects plus professional seminar in the first sem. There is no need to offer all core in the evening.

Not likely they will give u any exemption. I have heard of waiver from other courses but they take one extra elective in lieu of subject waived.
