Are you a Singapore citizen?

If yes, then it just means you are automatically subsided for your university education, and there is no service obligation required.

Yes, they just want you to declare you are sporean and that you have not used this grant before for any tertiary course. Can't quite rmb details of last part but I think if someone ever used moe tertiary fund for another uni course, then cannot used second time. Smthg like that.

I submitted my appeal to NTU on the first day when they open their window for appeal but i didn't receive any email from them saying that they have received my appeal or whatsoever. Should i be worried that my appeal wasn't being submitted successfully? :\

Hey, all appealers. Just want to help remind you that if you already accept an offer and appealing to another course in the same uni as your offer, if your appeal us successful, it will auto override your first offer. So for anyone who has changed your mind about your appeal and want to stay with your first offer, better call in to withdraw your appeal. But if appealing to a different uni, then shouldn't matter.

Anyone NUS application still processing since the start of this whole admission exercise? my godddddddd, its taking soooooo loooooonggggg. Is this just a slow death or a possible light at the end of the tunnel situation??
