Hi HWZ users, My DS just managed to touch 80 rank points in his A level exams, Scored ABB/B. He is planning to apply for computer engineering at NUS ( as his first choice) Any chance of getting it? If not, what are other options related to computer engineering ? please advise.

No chance for NUS Biomedical Engineering because your diploma is not accredited/eligible to apply for the programme (google "Acceptable Diplomas from Singapore Polytechnic, NUS Degree Courses")

Hi, I got 81rp with MT, I'm considering putting computer engineering as first choice for NUS, but it will still be slightly below last year's 10th percentile. I got A for computing, B for math and physics. Do you think there's chance of being accepted through ABA? I am PR btw, idk how much that's gonna affect my chance.

From my understanding, once application submitted, status wil change to received, followed by processing & finally processed. Dats where they will email to you whether they accept or rejected ur application.

same i did my ABA too. How’s your o lvl, if you’re applying course like cs or business then e math and a math must be good i guess. Im not local so i didn’t take o lvl but i took SPM in Malaysia. Got A1 for e math and A2 for a math. I dont think secondary school results will affect the outcome?

I only took Emath (C5) since I went into PFP. I applied for info systems as my first choice so I don't meet the math requirement (Emath A2). Maybe the status is still received for those who submitted their ABA applications? 😅
