NTU provides what part time courses ?

At the undergraduate level, besides Engineering, most other bachelor degrees are full-time. For Masters degrees and Graduate Diploma, you have the option to do it part-time. As for PhD, typically it has a duration of full-time 4-year candidature though I've heard some schools are known to offer it on a part-time basis. Eg. like those higher degrees such as PhD in education offered by NIE.
