What gpa you guys got? I 3.9+ also can't get XD. Anyway, scholarships are already offered and there is a slim chance you can get it if people reject them. Good luck

I applied for quite a number of scholarships, but those like cnyang scholarships, hsbc scholarships didn't contact me so I guess it's unsuccessful... I heard from my frens that only those with rank points 89/90 got shortlisted

Ntu scholarships are well known for pro jc one.
