the PM we usually receive when we tio ntuc points has stopped coming in...

is it intentional?

The new forum software requires the Moderator to manually select an option to send a PM when giving the Warning. It is no longer automatic, we did request for it to be automatic or send by default but it may only be available in future updates.

The delay in unban time is likely due to server load management, such processes are perform in batch and not real time.
