nope.. unless there is a significant milestone to commerate about, or there is a white horse in the parade. otherwise, it's only for OCS commissioning parade.

also heard this from a friend who had just recently graduated as a 3sg (just last month only) that their batch will be the last batch to wear ilbv on SGCP as the future batches will be wearing No. 1 for SGCP

Well if units can wear no 1 for their ORD parade, I see no harm for SCS to let cadets wear no 1 too during their parade.

bro... we talking about the graduation parade for becoming a 3SG, not ORD parade.

yup. all t-loan. those apply for military wedding also t-loan

only those regulars will get it tailored

lol... somehow i am being reminded of something my officer friend told me in the past.

he say those infantry officers wear no.1 look very nice cos their chest got CSB and JCC.

but then when he take a look at his own no.1, no bling bling on his chest cos of his vocation. and when he stand beside those infantry officers, he damn sian.

I still miss the old SISPEC. Now, trying hard to be like OCS. Keep following OCS style. Wonder which genius is it to merge both schools under 1 command.

They so many pattern now, if next time they change specialist rank to put on shoulders also not surprising

In most armed forces ranks all go on shoulders or collar regardless if you are occifer, sergeant or cannon fodder.

Now our no 4 uniform standardised on chest, so it only makes sense to standardise no 1, 2 and 3 too.

Come to think of it, SCDF, SPS and SPF already standardised all on shoulders for their no 1 uniform too as well as their normal work uniform.
