NUS and NTU Application 2014

Hi Friends,

I am trying to apply to both NUS and NTU and facing problem.

For NUS : The web page itself is not opening "https://inetapps.nus.edu.sg/GDA2/Error.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/GDA2/Home.aspx" is anybody else facing the same problem?

For NTU :They are asking to provide any friend's or relative's address residing in Singapore as mailing address , even for overseas students. Don't they send it to other countries?
