I'm applying for chemical engineering at NUS, what are the chances i can go in if my gpa is 3.5ish and even their 10th percentile is 3.6ish? I heard some ppl nvr meet also can get in. But i'm not sure abt that either. Do they even read ur personal statement and consider your acheivements???

u r off by 0.1 not 0.01.. the chance is pretty much close to 0.

Not sure if they do read personal statements but they do consider your ECA, CCA and other achievements. They will probably call you in to do an interview rather than direct admission.
