SMU Econs is better
Yup. Cannot go into other sectors like biz and finance. All about studying the housing market and urban planning. Mainly the development and site planning of towns. Focus on the geography portion (Conservation of monuments, planned vs unplanned cities, sustainability of cities, planning therories, greenfield vs brownfield sites)

SMU culture- 3Hr Seminar, unlike NUS 1.5Hr Lect + 1.5 Hr Tut
Located in City centre, cool.

If you want finance related stuff, please choose SMU Economics.

This course is totally unrelated to economics, finance or investment

Econs is a subject recognized all over the world, it definitely has better career prospects. To me this would be a no brainer unlessyou hsvevery strong interest in real estate, even then I’d still recommend take evons and go into the real estate industry later, you can’t do it the other way around (take real estate and be an economist)
