mostly property management such as commercial and industrial leasing, tenants management and some aspects of facilities management.
bigger players such as capitaland, F&N, keppel land, CDL development tend to take in local graduates with good GPA.
these are the companies that tend to be more particular about their new hires.
a search on jobstreet about these companies will let you know their job scope on various positions.
career wise, at most hit manager level given the years of experience.
the most talented personal will get to reach trust management team level.
