i think will drop further, cause 3070 > 2080ti and cheaper. So if 3070 reach market, 2080ti need to be cheaper to justify a reason to buy it?

I am waiting for 500 2080ti to appear on carousell.....It going to appear soon... Then the rest of the cards price will also plummet... 2070s maybe just 300. 2080s 400.....

See how long distributors want to hold their 2080ti stock here lol. 3070’dropping soon next month. Time is not on their side

I remember retailers getting rid of their Vega 64 stock last year for a discount.

Will see if they do the same with RTX 2xxx cards.

They'll need to get rid of that stock that they currently have. Not just the 2080 normal/Ti

the 2070 needs to go too as does the Radeon 5700XT.

I wonder if they have a rebate agreement because they sure are going to have to sell them below cost.

I think it went down to 399 from 599 from what I remember...but not sure.
Wow, the vega 64 was 599? the cryptocurrency times made it spike to like 1500. I managed to snag one in November of 2017 for like $850 and was super happy. (I bought a freesync 3440 x 1440 monitor and couldn't get anything else to run it at those adaptive sync frame rates)
