Nvidia -- Error Code 43

wasn't even gaming and then the computer just resets itself and can't boot up.. (some auto win10 update)

unable to system restore and even to recover from last image..

I bite the bullet and do a fresh install of win10

one of my 780ti refuses to be recognized... it shows up as error code 43 in device manager...

did reinstall of win10 (again), tried DDU, tried deleting reg entries, also even tried downgrading driver versions... reflash bios of both mobo and video card...

on the hardware front... tried using different pci-e power cables, swapping different pci-e slots... btw, the other 780ti works fine on both pci-e lanes..

the most baffling thing is when plugged into my old 2600k rig, it gets recognized and I even tested with a few loops of valley...

honestly this is the first computer issue that has me absolutely stumped...

have u tried to download nvidia own driver? instead of using windows obtain driver?

last 2 variables I can think of after taking into account all the troubleshooting that you have done is mobo and CPU. CPU being a possibility because your 2 red PCIE slots are running off the CPU's PCIE lanes.

I have another 2 780tis that work... anyway will rma at least warranty until december..

I dont think anything that can be tinkered with anymore

Have you install all the mobo driver especially the chipset driver?
I suspect maybe IRQ conflict with something else.
If after install chipset, problem persist ought to reset
your BIOS settings.
