Nvidia GTS 450 vs.... Intel HD graphics 4600?

ok thanks... i'm asking as i just bought some new stuff to replace my seemingly problematic c2d (believe to be the mama)... e8400/asus p5q-e/gts450. got the i5 4690/asus h97m-e.
at the same time thinking of going more simplistic (also reason for changing from full atx to m-atx since i dun use any slots other than gfx lol), so thinking if the relatively new built-in hd gfx 4600 is worth any salt, i can even do away with the few-years-old gts450. the only game i play is fifa (i do buy the latest version each year).
