mine came last week with the controller, direct from amazon too.
shipped in 2 shipments with other barang barang to save on import GST.
Its pretty good, abit heavy, but no cracked edges.
Had to flash the 1.1 update using recovery image because OTA was hanging for me, but it worked out pretty well.

ay bros who got the shield, i just wanted to share the accessories i bought (i'm not affiliated to the sellers). had to search quite abit for accessories in the region. i figured some of u have the same problem as well:

Mine came yesterday, the quality is very good. the feedback / review in the qoo10 listing above is me. I thought the cutting was strange but i went to compare some Amazon listings and the hole is there for some protectors. i Suspect it is for the ambient light sensor.
Very clear, very nice screen protector. I couldn't find tempered glass... I asked lappyskin (5th floor SLS) and he said dun have also. Alibaba got people making, but not for retail yet.

Free shipping to SG. Looks like the OEM version of the ones which have been getting some decent reviews from Amazon / Geforce forums. Should be arriving soon. The Chinese seller says it has the magnet on/off thing as well.
Mini-HDMI to HDMI cable

if u ship from amazon, just get the above. its nice and long and it works. The tablet doesn't ship with a cable.
Ethernet and charging simultaneously:
To gamestream at 1080p@60fps u need an ethernet cable. So u will need a micro-usb to ethernet cable
I'll probably look for one down the road, but note Nvidia's faq:
*There are many different types of Micro USB Ethernet adapters available in the marketplace. The adapter must be a male Micro USB connector to a female Ethernet connector. A Micro USB Ethernet adapter can be used, but the SHIELD tablet cannot be charged with this type of adapter. To charge the SHIELD tablet while using Ethernet, a Micro USB Y-Cable with inputs for female Micro USB, male Micro USB, and female full-size USB 2.0 will need to be used. Additionally, a full-size USB 2.0 Ethernet adapter will be needed in conjunction with the Y-Cable. Lastly, for this adapter to function properly, all external peripherals must be plugged into the Y-Cable first with the male Micro USB connector (of the Y-Cable) inputted into SHIELD last.*

It allows u to manually change to 1080p@60fps stream. Good luck, the wifi on the Shield is meeeeh and u need a very decent router.
Controller and Stand
The shield controller is a no-brainer. but it is expensive and u will need a stand to prop it up. if u play landscape the cover will do the trick. if u wanna play NDS emulated games, u need a decent stand. i bought this:

it is the OEM version of a popular model on Amazon.
As for the controller, the geforce forums people rate the ipega 9023 very highly. I don't think i wanna use it as a giant gameboy, so i haven't bought it, but this is the cheapest place i found. I think people actually prefer this to the shield controller in some instances.

Supports lte band 1,3,7 and 20. Should be ok. There won't be official answers since it hasn't been launched in Asia. I already had to jump through hoops to get positive responses from Nvidia support.
U can Google the specs and check against singapore bands
tried to ship in amazon on sg says not eligible on region..
