Is there a price difference ?
pro select is cheaper, newer, but research shows it's exactly the same, just made in PH vs made in wherever for Pro Plus?
definitely worth it if you like gaming. good performance and form factor.

Where do I get the Nvidia K1 tablet? Searched for it around my place (north) but couldn't find a store selling it :/

I see, I saw one $13 at Lazada...probably going to get that.
Why dont want get from shop for geeks? Shop coupon 10% + spend 300 - 60 coupon. Total minus about $90 from spending 300.
I just realized the Mipad 1 I bought for my son to watch videos for just around $200 has the exact same processor and GPU as the nvidia shield k1!
It's also in 4:3 format vs 16:9 for the shield so in games like vainglory actually gives u more visibility.
Tried vainglory at highest settings and its butter smooth as well just like the shield k1, at close to $100 cheaper!
I've also chucked a 128gb SD card in there
Only thing missing is streaming steam games and geforce streaming games service but if you're not planning to use that this is a good alternative that is noticeably cheaper!

somehow I feel shield wide angle better le... Before that I also use mipad one to play...

Just bought with -$60 @ evtech as I don't see k1 @ shop for geeks. Probably still a steal compared shipping via amazon ?
Any case and tempered glass protector to recommend to purchase via local online ?
Oh? I feel can see more on Mipad. But anyway both are good value!

The deal went OOS about 12 hours later. Shop for geeks was selling k1 for 279/289. Shop coupon reduce price for about 28 and another reduction of 60 from the event.
I added in some unknown cheap China cover to hit 300 so can apply 60 coupon. Cost me 12+4.99delivery.
