Are you on kit kat or lollipop ?
I had the same problem, revert to KK and no more issue.

hmm, i didnt upgrade to lollipop. So it shows 3g but you cant access the internet.

Check the APN settings ? I only experienced SIM / cellular data connection issues on Lollipop so unfortunately can't help you there.

I am using Rest of World Rom on my USA set but according to peeps on XDA, the baseband didn't change so it probably didn't affect the cellular connectivity. I also wasn't facing any 3G issues back when I was on the USA Kit Kat Rom.

Sigh. something wrong with my 16gb set i tink.

When I leave my tablet unused for a while it will randomly turn off. No "Shutting Down"message or anything. Sometimes it will take a long time, after holding the power button for a long time to turn back on.

Anybody with similar issues? Seems quite common when i googled.... "nvidia shield tablet" auto shutdown

hey guys, do you all have problems with your shield's wifi?
Mine seems pretty cranky. sometimes can connect. sometimes cannot. and sometimes it can see the wifi hotspot. but just doesn't want to connect. zzz
