Marshmallow 6 seems to have battery drain issue which is unresolved.

got mine shield for 2weeks and updated to Mashmallow. so far my battery performance like not consistent yet. there will be 1 day where i left it untouched, for every 1hr its power drop 1% then got 1 day i left untouched at 30% but when i look at it again after 12hours, the tablet is no power le. yesterday charge it till 100% in the morning and never touch it at all, it is at 92% now after 40hours.

when i play game on it with screen at 35% brightness, it last me 3.5hours. Normal?

My Shield protection hoot came! One Poetic case for myself, 2 flip cases, one for my mum and one for a bro, and 2 glass screen protector.

Thinking of removing the plastic screen protector on the Poetic case (came with a scratch lol) and sticking on the glass one instead.

Just want to share my experience on using the Poetic Revolution Case and tempered glass screen protector from Sparin.

First the Sparin: The protector's dimension is slightly smaller than the tablet's screen. Take a look at the following two photos:

The first photo showed the screen protector almost perfectly aligned at the corner.

And in the second photo, you can see a very distinct gap at the top and at the side.

As for the Poetic case: I remove the front plastic piece as I prefer the texture and protection from the glass screen protector. The plastic piece doesn't look very durable anyway.

The case itself is quite solid, the front piece is very securely fixed to the back piece so I don't expect them to come apart easily. The buttons (power and volumes) can be quite easily activated even with through the case's cover. The only 2 gripes I have are that 1) the back stand piece is too flimsy and too tightly secured, and only comes at 1 angle and 2) the top flap that normally cover the usb ports is too loose and usually doesn't stay in place when covered.

what charger are you all using? if i use samsung 2A 5V charger with the short xiaomi cable, its fast but the tablet and charger gets damn warm... kind of dangerous i feel... in the end i used another samsung phone cable, very long cable and the tablet doesnt feel warm

No Wifi issue for me. No other issue noticed so far since updated in the morning.

Device: Nvidia Shield K1, upgraded from stock ROM, non-rooted.
