can anyone confirm whether the Shield TV access USB Portable Hard disk format in NTFS or is it must be FAT32?

And the price for the 16GB Shield+remote combo has reverted back to US$224.98...

Same same. Dono why they can't ship it tgt. Got remote no shield also no use lol. Anyone tried can really 4k 60fps files locally? The mibox 3 I bought can't even handle 1080p60fps smoothy.

i just ordered the 16GB + remote. If you are worried that the remote bundle will be charged for shipping to Singapore separately, don't be because at the payment page summary, the shipping charge for the remote will be waived off, so you do really pay only $175USD for the shield console and remote together with free shipping. Few days ago the free remote need to pay shipping charges, so now Amazon seems to have fixed this. Delivery estimated 7 -14 Dec.

You might want to check out the various forums for this as different apps handle it differently. For Kodi, pressing right or left will skip by a small amount while up or down will jump a bigger amount. Selecting center button will give you a menu for play control. Plex seems to be missing the skipping by pressing left/right key.

I use the Amazon Fire TV Stick remote, it has play, rewind, forward, back, home, options, left, right, up down, and select buttons. IMO, it's better than the Shield TV Remote, and cheaper too.
