Received both the shield and remote. Haven't set up yet cuz busy shopping at Amazon lol. Anyone looking to get the remote can PM me. Letting go cheap. BTW the shield tv can install mx player anot ah? Never tried android tv OS before.

MX player can be installed on Android TV.

My Shield is in Singapore, awaiting release by customs, what MicroSD cards are you guys using with your 16gb TV? Or just use external harrdisk?

Anyone know what time Cyber Monday sales start for the Shield? First time doing this with the sales :)

Anyone using GeForce Now on Shield TV? Suddenly the East Asia server are so slow. It keeps saying low bandwidth. :s11:

I think class 10 and above micro sd are fine, most services are streaming based anyway. Sandisk 48mbps microsd selling at $25 for 64gb at ITshow :s22:

Samsung Evo 128GB. Haven't try HDD yet.

Mine can't play 60fps video on youtube... but local playback no problem.

Gonna try my 64gb Samsung Pro from my Shield Tablet. Most of my media are in my NAS anyway...so not sure if I will be storing anything else except apps and games.

Today morning tested it is fine now. Dunno what happened last night. Glad it is fixed now. Interestingly even when it was having low bandwidth issues, I was still able to play, only thing Graphics was bad.

EDIT: Oh btw I think tom will have Cyber Monday sale on Amazon for Shield TV, $149 + Free Remote.
