hey guys i have been encountering this nvlddmkm.sys problem

i noticed there's no reading on my gpu and ram clock speed

could be it that my gfx is failing? thanks

i will get the nvlddmkm.sys bsod whenever i install my gfx driver

Try other drivers.
See if you still get any errors.
If still persist, check if the card is still in warranty.
Bring up furmark and try stressing it and see how it goes.
If still under warranty, can send it back for RMA.
