NX11 is this camera good ?

Dear friends,

my good friend is upgrading his samsung nx11 to canon eos 6 full frame, he want to sell me his used nx11 without warranty at 250 friendship price.

I would like to ask if there is any bad review about this camera model.

Thanks and appreciate but i kinda confused by some online reviews of nx10 and nx11 with no difference ?

For $250 it's definitely worth it. It's not the best mirrorless but the difference between top end models is not that great. Most go for closer to $1k though Samsung tends to be cheaper cos of smaller following

thank you for your reply, just picked up my friend set, got faulty 18-55 zoom stuck at 18 cannot zoom, but still can take picture. got one flat slim 16mm pancake but cannot zoom. maybe i buy 20-50 from second hand.

The 18-55 is not practical. Sure it got OIS but it is way too heavy for that zoom range. For a mirrorless, this is not ideal.

The 16mm is an ultra wide angle. This lens you should keep it with you always. Especially travel to take landscape pictures. Also very good for group photos in a room. At f2.8, can take indoor photos w/o flash.

The 20-50 compact zoom is actually very good. It has no OIS but it is very light. Highly recommended to bring around compared to the heavy 18-55.

Finally, you need a normal fast prime. The 30mm pancake is ideal at f2. Look for it also. These three lenses should be good for anyone starting out.

Finally, if you got more dough, the 50-200 with OIS. This is not a must have but I found it very versatile and fast enough for normal portraits in well-lit indoors. I was attracted to the 85mm 1.4 but it costs way too much. However a review by a pro photographer on Flickr who uses the NX system says the 85 is not necessary in most amateur enthusiasts. The 50-200 is sufficient and a pretty good zoom telephoto for this job.
