In SG, the prices increasing yet using cheaper ingredients. The portion is also getting lesser.

Already boycott liao.

you need to boycott such establishments.

usually if i know this cai png stall is like that, i will order other stuff instead.

My place is still $3 for 1 meat 2 veg loh. In fact, i didn't feel like having a heavy dinner last night and opted for 1 meat 1 veg, $2.30 nia and portions were reasonably generous.

Actually more than that... I remember eating cai png more than 40 years ago... it was the most tasty cai png.... it serve very nice zhup chye... with deep fried meat balls (minced pork deep fried) with sweet and sour sauce with peas, it was at the current location of Park Royal Hotel Pickering... it was a red brick building, it used to sell nice wanton noodles, roti prata, nasi biryani also.. and there used to be a polyclinic there.. then later I remember Mei Zhen Xiang took over the area... there used to have a 3 rifles brand singlet seller there.. then later become selling lacoste apparel...
