Hi, I have CPU-Z program.

went to use auto OC given by Bios.

What is considered stable?

I notice the voltage keeps jumping from 0.7 0.8 1.2

How to know its stable? Few ways

The hardest to pass the stable test would be the new Prime95 with AVX instructions.

The next is Aida64

And lastly Intel burn test

Run it at least an hour to test for BSOD or to test for hang or auto restart.

OC requires a lot of time. Please do it only when you are free. Dont rush.

When you stress test remember to set to manual voltage not offset

for 24/7 run use offset mode

reason it because if you stress test and offset haswell can draw beyond your set limit. Hence tempeture go up

When testing, use fixed voltage instead of adaptive voltage. Once, i forgot to change to fixed, my cpu was running at 1.38v for 10 mins with H100i nia.. Temps was like 100C...
