OC settings in daily use

Was wondering if you guys who OCed your CPU (or/and GPU), is your PC running at its OCed settings while you are not doing intensive gaming? My CPU is set to run at 5 Ghz all cores primarily for gaming but I find it unnecessary when I'm surfing web/watching YouTube. Is there an automatic "adaptive speed" mode on a motherboard's OC software for this? I remember last time there is but I've lost touch after only upgrading my hardware recently. The only way I know is to save/load different profiles (stock/OCed) when booting up the PC at the BIOS screen but have to do this every time boot up PC its very inconvenient.

While setting up my upgraded PC recently, I realized that massive OCs require equally massive cooling. Was wondering why the temps were not as low as I want until I realized I have to set my H100i CPU-Cooler's fans/pump to run at "extreme" setting when doing heavy gaming.

LOL...when idle if u are surfing or watching movie the clock will run at stock clock bro it will not stay OC all the way
