I tried calling numerous times and never get to reach a human being.

each time wasted around 30 mins holding the line.

you get better luck reaching out to them via Facebook messenger.

They must be damn busy with all the queries about FD, CPFIS, tbills etc getting so popular now…

Yesterday called OCBC for CC issue. Today the CSO called back as promised and the issue was resolved. For me is normally 20-25 minutes of waiting. The system may ask you to press 1 to leave a message but I pressed 2 to keep waiting.

yes, recently i called them with a cc issue and i had to wait for 20 mins and the guy serving me was rather impatient.
