OCBC FAST cut off times

To OCBC (Shereen et all)

Please clarify the various cut-off times that OCBC adopts for FAST transfers out as well as transfers in, overall public holidays & weekends & confirm the value dates for such transfer

Example - For FAST transfer into OCBC on Sat 1530pm, what would be the value date ? Payee bank already debited on Sat itself.
